Alina Șleahtițkaia (known as Kaiia) (born July 18, 1990) is a Romanian singer.

Kaiia was born in Ukraine but her family moved to the Republic of Moldova a few years after her birth. Her father is Ukrainian and her mother is Moldavian with Romanian backgrounds. She graduated from “Mihai Eminescu” High school. After high school she attended the Pedagogic Industrial College, in Cahul, Moldova, in the music department. During college she had participated to different concerts which were organized in her native town and she also sang at local parties and in Chisinau where she performed songs written on her own. By that time she had already worked with a few composers from Chisinau. At present she studies at “Andrei Saguna” University, Faculty of Communication and Political Sciences, in the Journalism department.

BLACK BOOTS co-conspirators Pedi Amiri (a.k.a. Lightknife) and Mikey Francis (formally of Afghan Raiders) first joined forces in the summer of 2011 in a small apartment in the heart of Las Vegas. Their first single, Baby Baby Baby , released May 12, 2009, is a huge buzz one . Indeed, the electro-rock duo Make The Girl Dance Paris created a buzz by unveiling a very special clip. The title used in a commercial brand Victoria's Secret and the video of Guitar Hero 5.The duo continued in June 2010 with the title Kill me , and in October with Wall Of Death .

October 31, 2011 saw the release of their first album "Everything Is Gonna Be Ok In The End" and their 4th single "Broken Toy Boy". The 2012 tour will pass by the USA, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe and parts of South America.
